1. Refund Period

Refund requests can be made within 14 days from the date of service delivery or project agreement, provided a clear reason is given.

  1. Refund Conditions

Requests must be submitted officially via email or the website contact form.

Refunds do not apply to services that have been fully delivered or materials already provided.

If a project has been started or custom services provided, a fee proportional to the work completed may be deducted.

  1. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 7 business days of approval.

  1. Exceptions

Payments for confirmed bookings or agreements that have already commenced are non-refundable unless previously agreed otherwise.
